I believed the Wen hair-care items seemed excellent, and so I went online and bought. That which you might not recognize is the fact that you're buying from Guthy Renker (the next time I'll purchase from Amazon.com). After I returned in per week later to login to my consideration, it did not identify my current email address, however I've many emails about my purchase. It is all a fraud to preserve you from upgrading your consideration or eliminating online. I named customer support also it required many demands before "Alicia" stated she'd stop my bill. She was really rude and explained I should be logging-in improperly. For my documents I required her name, she'dnot provide me a last name, but she did provide me a cancellation amount. I subsequently required her worker quantity, which she did provide me, simply have no idea if it's appropriate. I expected on her boss's title and he or she stated there have been many administrators and he or she could not hand out their titles. I really hope that my termination worked, I'd dislike to possess to stop my charge card. Just beware that it's a fraud.
