Do not purchase this product. Fraud fraud fraud. How does this company get away with this? I just got a bill for $133.00 from last November. I too missed the automatic "terms" so when I called the company to cancle they were so hard to get a hold of and then of course they were rude. I thought this mess was over and it has reared it's ugly head again. This product is crap - no pun intended and now I am going to have to cancel my debit card so they cannot hook me again. This company is fradulent with a product that is worthless and the customer has no recourse. I have sent a complaint to the iowa attorney general and the better business bureau. This company needs to be stopped.
