Doesn't work, not gotten refund

I never obtained an example but a complete container at the start of Nov 09. Soon afterwards my card was billed for that $87.13 and that I did have another container delivered per month later. I named to canx consideration, delivered back the container but still waiting on my money-back (its now 2/8/10. I am allowing the BBB learn about the bad organization.
