Not ordered never heard of it until it showed up on my bank statement

I simply received my lender statement. Withdrawals were created on 1/28 for 5.95 and 1/30 for 24.95 to liveleanforlife. 2870 next ave. Ste 888-82 i examined online and discovered the website but cant sign in since im not authorized. I'm distributing this criticism consequently. I never requested something, received anything or heard of these until my bank statement came. I'll make an effort to contact them, nevertheless i dont assume an answer. What else may I do?
