Deducting money from my account

I named customer support to possess my memership cancelled. Your representive mentioned that my charge card wouls not be debited until I'd had an opportunity to applied the merchandise. She explained that because the item didn't reach my citizen until JAN 15th, that she'd provide me before 25th of JANUARYto begin debitting my card. WHY could it be on jan 20th that my charge card was debited for $78.41. If my money isn't back on my card by january 21, i'll see you in court since i'll be suing the hell from you.
