Unauthorized Credit Card Charge

On 10/20/09, I requested a totally free test of the merchandise and was billed 1.95 for shipping on my charge card. To date, therefore great, but on 11/3 there is an unauthorized cost of 87.13 about the card. Sadly, used to donot maintain an archive of the web page that I requested from, and so I do not have any extra info. Any help is likely to be appreciated. H Schumache
