Charge made to credit card for something not ordered

A charge was made on our credit card from a company that we are totally unfamiliar with. They claim we received a product that was never received or ordered. We do not even know what the product is supposed to be - we are very careful of what we order on the internet. There could not be anyone in our household that could have placed this order. We want our credit card credited for $119.93 and totally taken off their companys list.
