Illegalling charging my credit card

I requested 2 diet items from Critic Stay Slim. I delivered them inside the one month Trial Offer Time and likely to spend just the delivery as guaranteed.

They charged my charge card $24.95 for 5 weeks after I delivered the product AND NOT delivered me-any additional item. Sadly I actually donot appear my card over perfectly and it got me some time to capture it. Since September I've been arguing the costs with my charge card organization but am receiving no-where since Critic Stay Slim claims they delivered me the merchandise, I NEVER received any following the free trial offer.
