Misrepresntation of "Free trial"

Provide risk-free trial of item. I requested it, but was out ot city when it was shipped on 9/3. I picked it-up on 9/30, AFTER I'd been billed 79.95 since my "free trial offer" present finished on 9/17. The merchandise sales site didn't recommend just before my cost of "promotional delivery" charges this might produce a "account" with continuing monthly costs. Poor company techniques; misunderstanding of purchase needs.
