Took Money Didnt Send Product

I requested Colon Cleansing 3000 on 9/12/09 within the quantity $ 4.95 to get a 14-day trial period. They withdrew the cash on 9/15/09 from my consideration and not delivered the merchandise. I approached them on 9/21/09 to protest and stop account. Its this type of fraud!!! Essentially the things theyare doing is bogus marketing, gathering the $4.95 test charge from people and not delivering the merchandise. Their customer representative. Tried telling me that my test interval might have finished on 9/24/09... Thats not really 2 weeks!!! Fraud, fraud, fraud!!! I ensured the client representative. Sent me a cancellation confirmation immediately. The client representative. Explained I will not be billed the $83.95 since I have terminated prior to the test period ended but when I actually do get billed to get hold of them instantly to get a reimbursement? Uh I terminated, I better not get billed! He then stated they will send me a totally free container, no delivery cost this time around for my difficulty. Exactly what the heck? Its such poor company I dont need their merchandise whatsoever. Ideally they terminated the account or they've case proceeding their approach!
