I bought their salt chlorinator program due to the fact these were below nearby in Tempe, no middle-man. Everything worked good for around 12 months. After I named they stated my guarantee was no further appropriate despite the fact that I did so nothing wrong and that I was initially informed my guarantee was for 5 years. It'd charge $75 in the future out, and so I got it for them. They changed the electrode and billed me $400??? I'd also bought a mud filter and push from them, both items failed plus they stated despite the fact that I bought from them, they're not the maker and also to contact them. The maker stated my guarantee was through PoolEx. You can observe where that went. No where. Then your primary device died plus they charged me $100 to repair it along with a week later it died plus they never delivered my calls. I've since transformed to a different nearby swimming organization and anything works excellent and my gear is clearly 80% quieter today. I'll never use PoolEx or WaterCo again.
