Fraud/charged for something i didn't recieve

Requested a two items online. Just rec'd one. Required fourteen days and remaining messages on vm. Lastly named nowadays to come back the very first item and obtain a reimbursement for that item that i never rec'd. They declined to credit me for the things they never delivered.insisted on giving me out a different one - and was informed I'dnot have the ability to return it. Completely rude and nuisance from 'the boss' who hung-up on me, so when i called back allow the phone visit vm. Submitted a much better business bureau problem.
