Unauthorized charges

Like apparently a lot of people coming to the Complaints Board, I've been trying to reach anyone from Detoxidant to question an $89.74 unauthorized charge on my debit card. Congrats Andrea B on getting through to any live person — only to be disconnected. I've gotten nothing but Muzak all morning and I am furious.
