Does not work/unexpected cost

I requested the "free" test centered on an ad on the nearby Information site. Since that time I've obtained three more containers of tablets, and my charge card, that I charged the initial S&H on, continues to be charged $88 each. I've obtained the initial test and something container, without any apparent benefits. Possibly somebody might recommend ways to get them to prevent.
