Fraudulent charges

Exactly what a fraud! They provide for free one month offer present had nothing FREE. To begin with the purchase type is extremely deceptive and led to one text msg after another (I actually donot have free texting but needed to wording back again to state END IT!) The shipping charge was appropriate but 10 nights later there's a fee for $58.76 on my charge card. Used to do not approve this and do not need the product (it keeps me from sleeping). Attempted to stop online that was never happening. No answer. Have to obtain RMA# to come back but no body reacts. Wound up calling credit card to cancel. Dispute charge. And they'll issue new card. Broker stated there has been numerous grievances with this organization. Rachel Ray, how would you do that!?
