Unauthorized charges on bank account

I purchase the FREE tablets and compensated delivery and handling and also the next point I understood there have been costs to my banking account. I named and had them ceasedapproximately I imagined. They simply keep returning. I delivered the tablets back but to no avail. I'll contact my lender and alter my card number. I'd recommend anybody to not purchase these issues online. If it claims it is free then operate another method.
