Diamond replacement

I've an individual home insurance plan on my gemstone. It had been evaluated and it is covered with USAA for $9830. I've been paying rates with this plan for 10-years. Lately, I cracked the band and introduced it back again to the jeweler from whom it had been bought. They confirmed the processor therefore I approached USAA. I sent them the AGS accreditation for that diamond which supplied all of the requirements for that stone. They stated that they'd substitute my stone for $5300! I expected them to exhibit me the AGS paperwork for this new alternative stone plus they couldn't or wouldn't. They stated that I'd have to send my stone for their laboratory for further confirmation. Are they joking? The AGS document is just a licensed record. What more do they might require, apart from to con me out-of my rates on the $9830 diamond and substitute it having a reduced respected rock! If you should be considering personal property insurance with usaa don't! USAA is tearing off it is people.
