Charge for product I didn't receive

I requested the Max colonis "free trial offer" and did not understand that I'd to stop within 2 weeks of really purchasing, because their text on the site was therefore unclear. When I obtained one more cargo, nearly instantly, along with a cost to my charge card, I attempted to contact the organization and visit their site. Unsurprisingly, the web site claims "Poor demand (Incorrect Hostname) so when you attempt to contact, whatever you get is just a chaotic signal. After I questioned the cost on my charge card, the individual I talked with-in regards towards the challenge recommended that used to donot browse the fine-print! I discussed that I did so which it had been very uncertain which I've been looking to get touching the organization, but can't-get through, and so I don't have any option but to challenge the cost to my bill.
