Credit Card Charged in erro

I experimented with subscribe to a totally free path of ColoTrim, spending just the delivery & managing, and was informed that my charge card was refused. I caqlled the credit card business simply to realize that there is a scam alert on my card. After I solved the problem using the cc organization, I spoke having a handful of my buddies and was informed concerning the issues that they'd had with Substantial Manufacturers. Because my charge card have been declined and that I had didn't buy the item out of this organization, used to do not provide it another thought till costs began turning up on my charge card — $79.90 for that first container that we never obtained, $1.95 for that s/h, $9.95 for many site entry for August and $9.95 again for July. I named Substantial Manufacturers and informed them that I never obtained the merchandise and thus wouldn't have recognized to contact and stop the purchase to ensure that I'd not be billed. Additionally, used to do not obtain or was I advised that I'd be buying use of an internet site to become charged on the regular basis. What, if any, option do I've within this issue? I've previously finished the dispute resolution types with my charge card. Is there a legitimate treatment?
