I DISLIKE the corporation

I DISLIKE the corporation. They cause you to maintain for half an hour, they display some "additional" item I requested as-shipped. They gave me wrong following data. It's been 23 times, and that I still do not have this product that used to donot actually purchase. I'd like my $40 back!!! I dislike the corporation!!!
