Credit card charges without permission

Being billed $8.51 on my charge card without actually having provided them choice. Actually, I'd to stop my card due to additional scam costs, only last month. How did these folks get my new quantity without me having trained with out. I did so contact them-and informed them not to actually cost something to my card again, since I'd named them earlier and informed them that I really could not really use their item. We will have if it works.
