Can't contact organization to prevent/end orde

I am not able to contact thre organization to stop subscriptioni. The telephone number on my charge card doesn't connect with the organization. Ultimate place in a contesting criticism to my charge card business. Today I ship back the AcaiX3 as "declined, go back to sender." Simply got a different one on Sunday in the end this. Will need to match again. How annoying!
