Erroneous credit card charges

I've received monthly charges on our pursuit acct# xxxx-0917 in the above referenced organization. I've tried calling them to cancel all membership and/or services but have difficulty reaching them via internet and can't obtain phone solution. I've no want these services and have attempted to speak this for weeks.
