My first and ONLY order - fragrances

I ordered for the first time from fragrancenet.com and received a broken 65.00 bottle of cashmire mist that looked like it was dirty! How nasty is that. And when I called to complain about the order the customer service representative would not let me explain that the product looked used-and just hung up the phone.
