OVER Charged for sample pills

I requested the ACIA test tablets and was billed $89.13 once the test was significantly less than $5. I can't actually consider the tablets today since I had been placed on medicine after purchase. I tried calling FWM Laboratory to deliver back the merchandise however the # on my ccard bill 866-604-9188 wouldn't undergo to some live person. I'm unemployed and require my cash back.
