Unauthorized charge on visa

I've named three times to stop a merchant account and three times been guaranteed that it had been shut simply to obtain a cost the following month for $8.51 on my Credit declaration! End it!!! I talked having a good woman today 5/4,2:14pm and she "shut the consideration"... AGAIN! No further!!! Easily get another cost my next phone is to their state attorney-general for scam! Cheers!
