Exactly what a disaster! I requested an 8" pearl necklace in March. What came was a-7" band within an 8" bundle. I named and was handed several, with directions to place that number about the return bundle, that we was informed to email USPS, covered. I particularly requested basically must obtain a trademark (listed email) and was informed which wasnot required. I shipped the bundle March 23, covered. You know what? A month later, "We've no report that the bundle has been obtained. If it'd been our problem, we'd have experienced advantages choose it up!" Ha! That's not what I had been informed. I adopted their directions towards the notice, and appear where am — up a creek with no exercise. I'll never purchase from their website again. You should not possibly.
