Over-charged my debit card

I'd exactly the same issue... I attempted to obtain their "FREE TRIAL OFFER" they charged me $126.85 as well as the delivery and handling, when I named they stated they mightnot find my account info. I named 3 times directly, lastly they explained it'd previously delivered and they could not do something about this. What is up with that?!!! I believed they "could not find my info". They clearly had enough of my info to cost my card and WOn't take obligation! People who answer people "being obese and never having determination to likely to the mail", Possibly have not had this completed for them, OR they con people within the same methods!!
