Charged for a product as advertised

I chose to attempt the Acaiberry item whilst the ad mentioned

I'd just purchase the delivery that was a little quantity. I

Obtained the merchandise but after reading about it, I decided I'd

Not consider it and that I delivered the merchandise within the same situation that

I received it. I've been outoftown for that previous 3 months

And upon returning, I had been taking a look at my charge card claims

And realized that on Dec. 26, I had been charged $39.95 for that

Item. The product was delivered and that I required they credit

My charge card instantly however they haven't give me credit

For that $39.95. So what can I actually do about that? I want help.
