Unauthorized debit

In January I requested my free container of AcaiNoni to get a $1.95 shipping charge. Recently, 3/31/09 I obtained another container that we did request. To date, I've not been billed but I h ave a sense I'll be as others have within the same scenario. I h ave tried to obtain a telephone number for them-but it had been ineffective. I'm signing a criticism against them for this a well whilst the item not being efficient as previously mentioned.
