Debited my account without permission for additional product. B ecame abusive when i contacted them to remove charges. Said they would not refund charges for product i returned to them (unsolicited). Each time i called, i spoke to a person who spoke to me with a distinct accent, which i could not follow. They ignored whatever i said, as tho they were only following a scripted co called conversation. I feel so stupid to be duped in this way and just want out of this horrible mess!!! I really is a crime.
