Charged after cancellation

Requested an effort container of Slim365, ended purchase not able to achieve Group Match in the telephone number 866 407-1022. After I do cope with it claims please store and that I get disconnected. Delivered a cancelation email 1/29. But didn't get a return email until 2/12 and by that point they'd previously billed my charge card for $19.95. Attemptedto challenge costs with charge card but given that they didn't deliver me cancelation until after my card was billed they might not do something abou it. A towards the smart, should you choose not need a genuine area rather than the internet don't join something!!! Because it is I can't deliver a notice arguing my cost because they don't occur except in cyberspace.
