They disconnect after giving you a schpeil to hold on and wait for an opperator. The web sites bullcrap. You push buttons for help or return and nothing happens. They charged my account under Easy Rapid Cleanser and some other crap name for another fee. I had to close my credit card. Please get them! Maureen Bradley
