Never got product and they charged me for it twice

Natures acai billed me a fee for 1.99 for path after which billed my credit card 79.96, and that I never got the product, but given that they delivered it out and that I did not get it, I'd 15days to contact them-they stated, and so I still gets the chargeis and that I didnt obtain the product, you times begin by your day you purchase it and it's cost to consideration and certainly will not provide me a credit... I informed her to check on using the postal workplace and find out where it went, since i never got it. They'll not give me credit.
