I paid $3.97 for delivery and was informed the merchandise was free — simply pay s&h. Contained in my bundle was a having said that I had been likely to be charged an additional $70.90 on March 5th. What am I being billed for when the item is free? I'd also prefer to stop any more deliveries, but can't-get your hands on anyone about the telephone number they provide me. I'm simply placed on hold permanently also it it-not a totally free phone.

Are you able to help me? I'm 74, reside in elderly property and cannot manage some of this. OUR only revenue is social protection.

I can not return something since I can not obtain a return agreement if no body replies the telephone!!
