Charged my bank after cancelled

On 2/2/09 I ordered the free trial bottle of acai berry and cancelled it a couple of days later. I began receiving returned checks since somebody got cash out-of my bill. Yesturday I visited the mail and got the notice from my lender along with a container of acai berries. Thats after I discovered it had been you men who got my income. I named to discover what occurred and yall were really rude in my experience and stated I never terminated and that I couldn't have my cash back. I spoke to some manager who had been just like rude and he'd not I would like to keep in touch with his employer. I'm on impairment with 3 children by myself. I actually donot possess the cash to invest like this. I needed to test it out after which after I got some extra cash I had been likely to obtain a container. After I named they stated they'd no report of my rescheduling and wouldn't return me my income. I can not actually purchase goods for my children. You can't do that and believe its right and also you did nothing wrong. You explained to obtain my telephone files in the telephone business but I've no concept actually how to start. I actually donot remember the full time or even the evening I named and so I have no idea things to let them know. I'd like my money-back and that I may return the unopened container without any issue. You handled me really poor within the telephone and that I didnt do something to deserve to become spoken to that particular approach. I want my money-back and also you got it without having my agreement! I currently submitted this using the bbb and that I won't quit till it's solved.
