I requested the free trial offer on 2/2/09 and as of 2/21/09 have not received the test solution. They charged my charge card the $4.99 for delivery and handling. On 2/19 they placed on the $79.96 on my charge card. Just how can an individual state or not state when they wish to proceed to-order an item, when they don't have a chance to check it out?
