Unauthorized charge

I checked my banking account today and noticed a charge for today, 2-14-09, for $87.13 from acai elite. Which comes from above business name. I did not authorize for FWM to charge my account and ordered the product because it was being offered for free. I was only responsible for the shipping/handling which was $3.95. I dispute this charge and i'm not authorizing this charge. I have already informed my banking institutions.
