Credit Card Was Charged After Canceled

I simply received my charge card having a really peculiar cost for $19.95 on 1/21/09 outlined as www.fit-fac.com. I investigated what this charge might be, And discovered that on 1/6/09 this TriSlim was the origin of the cost. It was an unauthorized demand on my charge card.
