Acai Berry/life Cleanse
Unauthorized debit card charges

I requested the acai berries/existence clean test on dec. 21st 2008. The things were received on 1/2 and 1/3 2009. Our bank card was billed $87.13 for every on 1/5/09. I'd not had the chance to even try the merchandise to see if it worked (which following a month i've seen hardly any outcomes) i approached them by phone about the 6th to cancel the trial in addition to get a refund for that charges to my bank card. After three days there is no credit i approached them again to the 9th. I had been told it'd be 7 - 10 days for your credit. I named again to the 16th i had been told it had been expedited for their payment department and that i could be contacted via email. I approached them again about the 22nd, same account. I approached them again on 26th after it'd been a complete 10 business days and again the same account. I attempted arguing the charges with my bank they denied my state. I'm likely to dispute the costs again, since at the moment it seems the company is within the wrong since i had been designed to get a solution for both fees of $87.13 and that i haven't received the merchandise. I also desire there were a method to warn people of entrance. I'll not buy tests later on.
