Product not received and was charged for

I requested (like obviously many more did) the Acai Berries Cleansing. Our order quantity is 607285 and that I put that purchase on December 25, so that as of the day of January 29, I've not acquired the item. I named and keep in touch with a consultant on January 17 since I had been billed $87.13 for that item, plus $1.74 service charge. She shutapproximately she stated, and somebody might email me. That never occurred or did them acknowledged my bank card. I wanted like a lot of, that I'd have examined the organization. Please stop them!
