I have been trying since 11/26/08 to receive my refund of $59.95. Every time I call, they give me more reasons why I haven't received it. Now, they are telling me, when you return the products you need to have the tracking number. They said I haven't sent the product back and they don't show record of the transaction. Then the girl hung up on me! Can you believe that! Not only did they charge me without my approval, but they are rude in answering my questions. When I called back, they offered me a $20 courtisy card on my acct. I told them "Why would I want $20 when I have been charged 3x that?". To my surprise they said that is all they could do for me and they didn't have to even do that, and hung up again!!! There has to be something we all can do to get our refunds back. This is the first time I have ever had to deal with a company so unprofessioal and a complete rip off!!! If there is something out there to help us, I'd sure be interest in taking action on this company! Do not mess with this company at all!!! Rip off!!!
