Fraudulent charge

I had been simply billed $29.95 for anything in a site that I never visited and so never puchased something from. I did so, however, obtain a "free test" of the acai berries product which was marketed on Oprah and approved the delivery costs of $3.95. No-where within the disclaimer made it happen note one more cost of $26.00 for this "free" present. I'd like this cost returned instantly to my creidt card and intend to follow-up with my lender and also have this outlined like a fake cost and could contact the right authorites.
