Trouble cancelling "free" offe

I had been thinking about the Acai Berries since I'd observed so much push and so I was pleased to get one of these free present to test it out. Used to donot enjoy it. After I visited stop, they offered me the run-around. On-hold for lengthy amounts of time. So when I eventually did obtain a person to talk to - he bearly spoke english. Subsequently, they explained that I'd to come back the unused part. I'd previously tossed it away! Free means FREE. It generally does not set you back something - to purchase - or even to return!
