Never Received Product

I obtained Acai Berries Test in November. I never noticed something from their website again till I obtained another container at the conclusion of Dec. I named since I have hadn't requested this container and upon starting my charge card statement unearthed that I'd been charged for 2 additional containers that we never obtained. I had been advised I'd get a termination and verification about crediting my charge card bill in 24-48 hours. I never received something. I called again and all-they might state was that my consideration was terminated plus they offered mean email for that billing office. It's now been 48-hours and that I have not noticed a term.
