Fraud/wrongfully charging credit card

On 9/25/08 I created the error of purchasing A TOTALLY FREE test of Acai Real out of this organization. Using the order I also got 2 additional items used to do not purchase, plus they charged my charge card $44.85 rather than the $4.95 shipping price. I delivered the bundle 24 hours later after obtaining a "RMA" # from customer support @ 888-692-8352. I published a notice and requested to become taken off the subscriber list, and mentioned how dissatisfied I had been using the support. The following month my charge card was billed $39.95, and that I received nothing to actually return. Fourteen days later I received another charge card cost of $44.90, and got another shipping, that we delivered back Certified Email needing a trademark.

Through this I invested about 3 hours on-hold in the 888 # attempting to solve the problem to no avail. I disputted the costs and my credit card business released me temperary credit. Since that time the ripoff organization acknowledged my bill $67.02 from the $129.70. They still owe me $62.68, and that I was educated nowadays I'm out-of like since I disputted the costs. It was informed in my experience with a Central Coast repetition. I spoke to (after 33 minuted on-hold) and he was RUDE and unprofessional to express minimal. I'll follow-up using the Better Business Office.
