Unauthorized charges

Same deal...$4.95 for free trial (never recieved), then charged $93.80 for additional product (never recieved). I tried the phone # several times, finally spoke to a very unproffesional young woman. She hardly took any of my info, but assured me my money would be refunded within 7-10 days. The 10 days is now up, and ofcourse, can't get a hold of anyone at that number. Something has to be done about these fly-by-nite rip off artists... But what? I don't know about anyone else, but I live on a very tight budget!
