Same as everyone, I have signed up for the Free Trial for "TOTAL CLEANSE " on the 17th of December. I haven't receive any package from them it's been about 19days and I decided to Cancell my subscription. I went on there website www.total-cleanse.com and tried everything from there un-working phone # 866-320-0038 to there Live Chat that does not work and a undeliverable address. They have chagred my bank acount for the shipping fee for $19.99. I called my bank and i was advised to cancell my bank card and open a new one in order for me to STOP them from withdrawing money to my account (which i did). I have learned my lesson as a customer and will never do it again. Best Advise is to verify all aspect of the Company (which i thought i did) even if its advertise by Oprah and Dr. Oz or any other reputable company such as CNN, CBS etc. I am sorry for all the customer who got ripped off by this SCAM.
