No product and charged for it

I'm mad at this time that I can't-get anyone about the telephone which I Have been billed $87.13 to my bank card and I've not really received any item. I had been designed to have received the merchandise subsequently have 2 weeks to determine basically desired to maintain AFTER THAT IT I'd be billed... But I've received nothing and am charged anyway. This really is absurd... And that I will soon be re-paid back easily need to get my lawyer concerned. This type of fraud... It is simply absurd!
