Charging for product never received

Our child requested the "free" 14 day trial group. We were billed $69.87, fifteen days afterwards and another $69.87, fifteen times next! We never actually obtained any item apart from the very first 14-day offer. I questioned these costs with my charge card organization, Citibank, however they wont do something about this! So what can I actually do to obtain my money-back?
